As a parent and a fulltime fitness instructor, it's not hard to understand the difficulty of juggling the many priorities life throws at us. Whether you're training for a half marathon, looking to build some muscle mass or even just getting back into exercising, it can quickly be put on the back burner. That's why I feel fortunate enough to be in a position to have not only incorporated fitness into my life for the past 30 years, but transfer my passion to help others for the last 15 as an accredited personal trainer. My main focus is in changing people's lives whether that be through weight loss, strength training, or endurance and running events. To transform the frustration of not knowing where to start, into a tailored plan that's engaging, result driven and supportive to keep you not only injury free but have you reaching and exceeding your individual fitness goals.

How We Help


Group Fitness

Team transformations for all fitness levels. We incorporate the support system of a group whilst keeping it relatively small (approx. 8-10 people) to achieve more than your average group fitness workout. Included are a variety of structured sessions from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), to boxing fitness and cardio with a trainer always ready to discuss your needs and offer some individual tips.

FAQ's


Usually cash on the day of training but sometimes my clients like to pay sessions in advance. This can be worked out on an individual basis.
I specialise in endurance fitness, strength, weight loss and core strength training. This can either be done one-on-one or through the various group training sessions that we have.
Whether it be in group or one-on-one training we make sure to adjust the workout depending on your current fitness level. This includes factoring in any previous injuries to not only maximise your sessions but have you injury free through a tailored program.
The thing I love most about my job is seeing the joy my clients get reaching their goals and also being a part of that journey.

We're located directly from our home studio in the North Fitzroy area. All the equipment is supplied and ready so all you need to bring is yourself! Our group sessions are also available throughout the surrounding parks and from our home base.
